It causes so much confusion and suffering for people in difficult situations.

Then there are many cases where people think that if they meet a good lawyer and have strong enough political connections, they will surely win. But after many years, it still could not be completed. There were even cases where even after winning the case many years ago, the judgment could not be carried out. Or in many cases, assets are involved in cases and assets are frozen, leading to extreme difficulties in business and life.
